Northe was built around a simple idea: that great cabinetry should feel like it’s always belonged. That it should quietly elevate a space, last for decades, and reflect the same care and design thinking as everything else in the home.

We started small — just a handful of tools, a few strong relationships, and a deep respect for traditional craftsmanship. One year in, a fire at our original workshop in Mechanic Falls forced us to start over. It wasn’t easy. But it made us sharper, more focused, and even more committed to doing this work the right way.

Today, Northe operates out of a vibrant 8,500 sq ft workshop in Lewiston, Maine, with a full team of craftspeople. We collaborate with architects, interior designers, and homeowners throughout the Northeast to create custom cabinetry and millwork that’s tailored, enduring, and built with intention.
